1. Products

We offer:

• Handmade crochet plush toys
• Digital crochet patterns (PDF)

Each handmade item is crafted individually, which means slight variations in size, color, or appearance may occur. These variations are not considered defects.

Product descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible, but slight differences may occur due to screen settings or the handmade nature of the items.

2. Prices & Payment

• All prices are displayed in EUR (€) and include applicable VAT (if applicable)
• Payment must be completed at the time of purchase
• We reserve the right to modify prices at any time

Accepted payment methods: [Shopify / Stripe / PayPal / etc.

3. Orders

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of:

• Suspected fraud
• Incorrect pricing or product information

Unusual or abusive ordering behavior

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 3-5 business days
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers

The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

5. Digital Products (PDF Patterns)

• Digital products are delivered electronically after purchase
• No physical item will be shipped

Important:
By purchasing a digital product, you expressly agree to waive your right of withdrawal, as the download begins immediately after purchase (in accordance with EU law).

6. Intellectual Property

All content, products, designs, and crochet patterns are the intellectual property of HookedByHands.

It is strictly prohibited to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any product or pattern
• Share digital files (PDF patterns)
• Claim designs as your own

Purchased patterns are for personal use only unless otherwise stated.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers in the EU benefit from a 14-day withdrawal right, except in cases of:

• Personalized/custom items
• Digital products once accessed/downloaded

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Misuse of products
• Allergic reactions (please check materials before use)

Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Belgium.

In case of dispute, Belgian courts shall have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
