Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting handmade creations. This Return & Refund Policy complies with applicable European Union and Belgian consumer protection laws, including the right of withdrawal.

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party designated by you) receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g., email).

You may use the standard EU withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

2. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery).

Refunds will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

3. Return Conditions

You must send back the goods within 14 days of communicating your withdrawal.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be in their original condition
Items must be unused and not damaged
Items must be returned in appropriate packaging

You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

4. Return Shipping Costs

The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit

5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Custom-made or personalized items (e.g., custom crochet plush made to your specifications)
Goods which are clearly personalized
Goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons if they have been unsealed after delivery (if applicable)

6. Digital Products – Waiver of Right of Withdrawal

For digital products (including crochet patterns in PDF format), no physical item will be shipped.

In accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.

By purchasing a digital product from this website, you expressly agree that:

The delivery of the digital content begins immediately after purchase
You waive your right of withdrawal once the download or access to the product has started

As a result, no refunds, returns, or cancellations will be accepted for digital products once the purchase is completed, except in cases where the product is defective or does not match its description.
