1. Order Processing Time

  • Handmade items are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Processing times may vary depending on order volume or custom requests
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays

For custom or made-to-order items, processing time may be extended. This will be clearly indicated on the product page.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship orders from Belgium.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Belgium: [1–3 business days]
  • Europe: [3–7 business days]
  • International: [7–14 business days]

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination
  • Package weight and size

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before completing your purchase.

4. Tracking

When available, a tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

We recommend monitoring your shipment using the provided tracking information.

5. Delays & Liability

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal services or carriers
  • Customs processing (for international orders)
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

However, we will do our best to assist you in case of any issue.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union:

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply

These charges are the responsibility of the customer

7. Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for lost packages
  • Additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos (if damaged)

We will work with you to find a suitable solution (replacement or refund where applicable).

9. Digital Products (PDF)

  • Digital products are delivered instantly by email or download link after purchase
  • No physical shipping is required
  • Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout
